fragment design & Bamford Watch Department Link up for Zenith El Primero

Building on its past partnership in creating high-end custom watches, fragment design and Bamford Watch Department are back with another iteration — and this time, it’s not a Rolex.
Working off the modern-sized 42mm Zenith El Primero, the collaborative watch is stripped down to a matte black and white dial combination that’s almost reminiscent of a reverse-panda, except that the contrast lies in a white ring that intersects the 6 o’clock date window, rather than sub-dials. The high-beat chronograph watch maintains a minimalist aesthetic as the only logo indicating that it’s a fragment design piece — the signature double-lightning bolt motifs — is seen just below the “El Primero” lettering.
The fragment design x Bamford Watch Department Zenith El Primero watch will be available exclusively at Dover Street Market locations in London, New York, Singapore and Tokyo starting from February 7.
