AIAIAI has teamed up with L.A. creative collective Brain Dead to release a pair of limited-edition TMA-2 Modular Headphones. Describing its musical curation as a “Psycho Sound System,” Brain Dead’s collaboration comes as a modular preset based on the brand’s ideal listening specifications, along with a new cassette release by Japanese noise-rock two-piece 2Up. “2up is a musical act that we love. Their music perfectly resembles what we think of when we say Psycho Sound System,” said Kyle Ng, co-founder at Brain Dead. Additionally, the special packaging artwork reflects both the collective’s aesthetic and its Psycho Sound System concept.

Available exclusively from Dover Street Market New York from February 9 and the rest of the world from February 16, these headphones will be retailed at $200 USD.
