A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Throws a Wild Party for "Somebody" video
Featuring Don Q and DJ Mustard.
Fresh off an appearance in the new trailer for Netflix’s hip-hop special Rapture, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie links up with close collaborator Don Q for the official video for “Somebody.”
Originally debuted this past fall, “Somebody” is a standout single from A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s debut studio album The Bigger Artist, which features 15 tracks and contributions from YoungBoy Never Broke Again, 21 Savage, Robin Thicke, Metro Boomin, Cardo and others. For today’s Gerard Victor-directed piece, “Somebody” producer DJ Mustard comes through to propel a particularly-rowdy party, while Boogie and his crew rap from the luxury of the VIP section. Towards the end, everything takes a turn for the worse as the local SWAT bursts through the doors, launching a full-fledged raid to shut the show down.
