Nike's Air Max 97 "Metallic Gold" Gets Swathed in Swarovski Crystals
Bling out for the holidays.
Nike‘s Air Max 97 recently received various “Metallic Gold/Metallic Silver” editions for the end of the year, but it looks like the classic silhouette has been treated to an even flashier look — a “Metallic Gold” colorway that’s covered in 50,000 Swarovski crystals.
Unveiled by Ava Nirui, aka @avanope, this festive pair features a metallic gold-tone mesh upper that’s maxed-out with sparkly Swarovski crystals throughout its wavy stripe design. The rest of the shoe is complete with tonal lace trims and laces, red mini Swoosh branding, a white midsole, gold-tone visible Air Max bubble units, and black outsoles and inner lining.
