First 'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Teaser Trailer Sees Fire and Ice Collide
The final season is approaching.
HBO has released the first teaser trailer for the final season of Game of Thrones. Although the footage above shows no material for season 8, it does, however, present the strategy board from Dragonstone having its pieces engulfed by fire and ice.
Each piece represents a House of Westeros fighting for the throne, with the elements representing the looming death approaching the unsuspecting continents. The elements could also represent the Night King’s White Walker army, and Khaleesi’s dragons. HBO recently revealed the final season of Game of Thrones will premiere in April 2019, leaving fans with just a few months on the calendar before we see who ends up on the Iron Throne, if anyone at all.
