Dr. Romanelli Joins Medicom Toy for One-of-a-Kind 1000% BE@BRICKs & Outerwear

Medicom Toy joins occasional collaborator Dr. Romanelli for an expansive offering of collaborative goods. Encompassing both outerwear and bespoke BE@RBRICK figures, the collaboration centers around Romanelli’s signature patchwork detailing, with pullovers that reshape vintage fleece sweaters into a unique, one-of-a-kind layering piece. Graphics from James Savage Rockin add militaristic flair to the goods, along with white bandage detailing that also appears on each BE@RBRICK fabric, also crafted from vintage textiles.
Take a look at select examples above and expect the BE@RBRICK figures to arrive on December 29 at the Omotesando Hills Medicom Toy PLUS store, with the BE@BRICKs retailing at ¥250,000 apiece, approximately $2,250 USD. Meanwhile, GR8 Tokyo will be offering the ponchos on the same day.
