'Avengers Endgame' Trailer Destroys Viewing Record
289 million views in its first 24 hours.
Avengers Endgame is a pretty big deal, so much so that Friday’s trailer (shown above) for the forthcoming final installment in the Marvel saga just set a new streaming record: 289 million views in its first 24 hours. The video surpasses Infinity War‘s 236 million and The Lion King‘s 224.6 million over the same time period.
As noted by Deadline, the total number of views could have been even higher if not for the film’s website being redirected to the site for Once Upon A Deadpool, which hits theaters December 12.
