1017 ALYX 9SM’s Chest Rig is the bag that kicked off a thousand imitations.
The accessory first debuted in fresh colorways for Summer 2018, with the white iteration offering a less militaristic alternative to ALYX’s signature accessory. With the Kanye West co-sign, it was inevitable that other labels would try to create their own take on the front-mounted pouch, but no one does it quite like ALYX. The rig takes the technical appeal of a tactical molle bag, upgraded into a high-end, street-ready wearable. A variety of straps allow for a adjustable fit while the zippered front pocket makes it a snap to store essentials within arm’s reach. This black-on-white colorway, known as the “Contrast” iteration, differentiates this model from the tonal variants first popularized last year.
The winners of the Advent Calendar will be announced on December 27.
