Carhartt WIP Reveals New Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Colorways
Coming in “Chalk” or “Mulberry/Dark Navy/Loden.”

After the joint workwear-inspired One Star pack earlier this year, Carhartt WIP and Converse have revealed a new project. The new footwear capsule features two takes on Converse’s Chuck Taylor All Star 70 silhouette, both of which reference Carhartt WIP’s archive and classic design touches.
The first colorway is named the “Milner,” and comes in a color palette of “Mulberry,” “Dark Navy” and “Loden.” The shoe’s color palette and construction of soft suede and shaggy wool fabric are references to the Milner Shirt Jacket from Carhartt WIP’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection.
The second style, in “Chalk,” is a more muted colorway. The sneaker’s upper comes in white canvas, with contrast stitching and two different lace options as a reference to motifs from Carhartt WIP’s workwear-inspired pieces. Both colorways are then finished with co-branded footbeds. The new footwear project from Carhartt WIP and Converse will be available exclusively from Carhartt WIP stores and the brand’s web store beginning on November 8.
In other footwear news, Converse has unveiled a new hard-wearing “Mountain Club” collection.
