Take A Look Inside the $50 Million USD Penthouse in Zaha Hadid's 520 West 28th
Made up of three stories and a roof terrace.

The sprawling penthouse of 520 West 28th — the New York residential building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects — has been revealed in a new set of images. Released to coincide with the property’s market listing, the images give an inside look at the 637-square-meter space, which is valued at $50 million USD.
The property takes up the top three stories of the building, and features floor-to-ceiling windows offering views across New York. The focal point of the property is the sculptural white staircase, which was designed by the late Hadid. The staircase features a curved banister around a central light well, the shape of the banister references other curves in the property and nods to Hadid’s architectural style.
The penthouse features an open-plan lounge and dining room, a library and five bedrooms across its first two floors. The third floor is smaller, but also hosts a rooftop patio. This patio gives the property 237-square-meters of private outdoor space, including a top-level terrace with an outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge, while the master bedroom also has its own private balcony.
