WHATWEWEARMATTERS Combines Sport and Street Vibes to Its SS19 Collection
Recently showcased at the “Youconcept” showroom in Paris.
Up-and-coming fashion label WWWM, also known as WHATWEWEARMATTERS, provides a closer look at its Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The selection of garments made its debut at the “Youconcept” showroom in Paris during the city’s recent Fashion Week.
Evoking a tailoring style the label defines as “Street & Chic,” a melding of sports and street aesthetics, the offering delivers both relaxed and close-fitting garments that push some of today’s biggest trends forward. For next year, the imprint utilizes a mix of materials that include coated plastics and breathable cotton alongside metallic finishes. Silhouettes include shirts, tees, jackets, pants, hoodies, hats and tracksuits.
To showcase the label’s signature construction techniques and progressive designs, WWWM singed, layered and included asymmetrical cuts into its garments. Embellishments such as the graphical implementation of its logo alongside bold plaid patterns and hues were also included to add much flair to the attention-commanding assemblage.
