nonnative Designs In-House Uniforms Exclusively for Famous Ramen Chain IPPUDO
Military and workwear-inspired restaurant gear.

So much more than just your prototypical Ramen shop, IPPUDO has seemingly crossed over into the contemporary streetwear sphere, already boasting collaborative ventures alongside ENGINEERED GARMENTS and MIHARAYASUHIRO for its New York and Paris locations, respectively. The popular chain is now in the midst of opening its newest location in Santa Monica, California and has since tapped nonnative to create its in-house uniforms.
Artistically on par with its own garments, nonnative draws creative influence from both military and workwear scenes, fashioning stylish, yet highly functional gear that would prove helpful while out on the job. The olive-hued five-piece assemblage — a collarless jacket, long half zip pullover shirt, T-shirt, cargo pants and bandana — of which the jacket, half-zip pullover, and trousers are fabricated from a lightweight micro-ripstop fabric, come complete with extra pockets, proving ideal for storing pens, pads and other such materials. The collection will soon make its way to COVERCHORD and later at IPPUDO Santa Monica upon opening.
Elsewhere in fashion, Alexander Wang announced his upcoming UNIQLO underwear collaboration.
