The restaurant staff are outfitted in a stylish navy apron-jacket hybrid combo, instead of the typical all-white or all-black waiters uniform. This collaboration started out as a simple cotton twill jacket, but with valuable suggestions from the Ramen master Fumihiro Kanagae, the project developed into a more complex and heavy-duty jacket with style and functionality suitable for the hospitality working environment. Check out the photos in the meanwhile and keep an eye out for when Ippudo releases the new Engineered Garments uniform for purchase, priced at approximately $300 USD for the jacket and an extra $100 USD for the apron.
