Kevin Durant‘s signature footwear gets yet another weather-themed makeover with the introduction of the “Lightning 534” edition of the Nike KD7. Inspired by the towering lightning rod at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street in New York City, the kicks come decked out in purple with baby blue and grey accents and hits of bright red throughout. The “Lightning 534” edition of the KD7 — a spiritual successor of sorts to Durant’s “NYC 66” KD VI, itself a nod to his 66-point performance at Rucker Park in Harlem in 2011 – is set to hit Nike.com and Nike Basketball retailers November 25.
