Nike Tells Efe Obada's Story in New "Dream Big" Short Film
From London to the Carolina Panthers.
Nike has revealed its latest commercial, telling the story of Nigerian-born and London-raised NFL player Efe Obada. Obada grew up in London and had never played football until he joined the London Warriors aged 22. Obada recently made his debut for the Carolina Panthers, and was awarded the game ball for his performance.
Featuring shots of Obada playing for the Carolina Panthers as well as clips of another Londoner training for the sport, the short film encourages people to “dream big.” The commercial is being released to coincide with the NFL’s third and final game in London for 2018.
