The first single from ‘Come Over When You’re Sober, pt. 2.’
After the announcement of a new project from Lil Peep — titled Come Over When You’re Sober, Pt.2 – the first single has been released. Titled “Cry Alone,” the track is the most recent release since Peep passed away last year, and follows a joint track with iLoveMakonnen.
Along with the track, details of the full album were confirmed by Peep’s mother Liza Womack. Posting on the official Lil Peep Instagram, Womack announced that the album would be dropping on November 9 and that “it’s just what we all would have expected from Gus.” Womack’s post goes on to thank Lil Peep’s producer and collaborator Smokeasac for his work on the project, and explain that “Gus’ art is an essential part of the album packaging — it is a pleasure to see a range of Gus’ colorful, witty drawings in the vinyl and other physical versions.” You can read the full statement below.
