Upcoming CLOT x Air Jordan 13 Is Inspired by Chinese Terracotta Warriors
Continuing to bridge Eastern and Western culture.
Streetwear lifestyle brand CLOT is set to release a Chinese Terracotta Warrior-inspired Air Jordan 13 Low early next year.
Continuing to bridge Eastern and Western culture, founders Edison Chen and Kevin Poon dress the court model in a new mixture of brown and grey premium suede, referencing the sculptures found in the first Emperor of China’s mausoleum. The outer panels found on the upper are embossed and stitched to replicate the rectangular plates found on the lamellar armor of the famed Terracotta Army. Branding comes in the form of metallic gold CLOT and Jumpman logos found on the tongues and heel areas. The elevating sole unit continues the tones of the upper and is accented by translucent midsole segments and a CLOT bubble at the carbon fiber torsion plate.
Priced at $200 USD, the CLOT x Air Jordan 13 Low “Terracotta” is set to drop at select Jordan Brand retailers sometime in January 2019.
