Rounding up its special Fall/Winter 2018 release in collaboration with Hiroshi Fujiwara, Burton AK457 recently released a trio of functional, detail-filled luggage options. Despite the focus on backcountry specifications, the set of black bags are also perfect for daily urban usage thanks to conscious efforts to create subtle outdoor designs.
The Guide Pack, Jet Pack, Duffle Bag options created for the season are all constructed of rugged X-Pac™ 70D ripstop nylon with a 50D polyester backing that ensures heavy-duty durability. The most notable of the set has to be the Guide Pack, which comes filled with functional details like a vertical board carry and compression system, an internal metal chassis, EVA cushioned back panel, load-balance waist harness, and a bevy of easy access pockets.
Priced between $200 and $450 CAD (approximately $153 and $343 USD), the technical luggage from Hiroshi Fujiwara’s FW18 Burton AK457 collab is available now at select retailers like HAVEN.
