The Boba Fett Movie Has Been Cancelled
Reportedly confirmed by Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy.

Following initial reports the Logan‘s James Mangold would write and direct the supposedly upcoming movie, it is now being reported the previously announced Boba Fett movie is no more. The news comes from a reporter who attended a special screening of Black Panther, where he heard Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy confirm to him the film is no longer happening.
She also stated that all efforts are going towards Jon Favreau’s upcoming live-action series The Mandalorian, which sees a “lone gunfighter” and their adventures throughout the galaxy. Many were skeptical of the legitimacy of the announcement in the first place, as it happened during the opening weekend of Solo: A Star Wars Story. Many accused it of being a ploy to drive more fans to see Solo since many of these movies interconnect with each other.
