Warren Lotas New WL Line Reinvigorates Vintage Clothing
The creative’s latest graphic exploration.
Always creating, artist-designer Warren Lotas recently unveiled his latest clothing project, WL. Looking back at the graphics found on clothing the ’70s,’80s and ’90s, the new line is a reimagining of vintage in Lotas signature macabre aesthetic.
The first WL release kicks off the brand’s story in 1971 setting up a graphical exploration of vintage of the “past.” Comprised of hoodies, T-shirts and sweatpants, motifs found in the range reference the world famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Jordan Brand and The Terminator franchise.
