After celebrating 15 seasons with a special book catalog, HUMAN MADE recently opened the doors to a new Tokyo flagship. “OFFLINE STORE” by NIGO® serves to replace the Japanese imprint’s “COLD COFFEE” store which closed last year.
Repurposing an old medical clinic located along the Nakameguro river, the new location expresses the aesthetic of “future vintage” that HUMAN MADE has built itself upon. Inside the shop floor is dressed lightly with the brand’s motifs accenting the unique cashier counter overlooking the display section of the store. While security bars with heart shape detailing on the store’s exterior are used to help the unassuming building stand out amongst the surrounding locale.
