Jay Electronica Makes Music and Art Collide in "Music in Motion"

It seems Jay Electronica fans will have to wait a little longer for a new album, but they’ll be encouraged to see the New Orleans native picking up a mic and writing down rhymes in this “Music in Motion” short film. Directed by his longtime collaborator Jason Goldwatch, the three-minute visual features the rapper working on some new music in an abandoned garage, with paint splattering off massive speakers. Set to a booming instrumental by Alexander Spit, check out the entertaining clip above.
