Converse Unveils the Chuck Taylor All Star '70s "Vintage" Collection
True to its roots.
Converse’s Chuck Taylor All Star is a timeless sneaker steeped in heritage, which, although having undergone countless reworks over the years, still manages to keep its core aesthetic squarely intact. New to the lineup is a commemorative throwback theme aptly named the ’70s “Vintage” collection. The pack consists of two hi-top models — one in red and the other in blue — and two low-tops silhouettes — one tan and one blue — all of which feature washed canvas-constructed uppers.
Also central to each of the four models is old-school red and blue piping on the midsole and the waffle-grooved outsole. The full Converse collection is now up for grabs at such retailers as Feature.
