COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus taps footwear label MELISSA for a collaborative pair unconventional, geometrically detailed high top sneakers.
MELISSA usually designs women’s shoes and originally teamed up with COMME des GARÇONS for Spring/Summer 2018 womenswear. Available in black and white, this pair of sneakers is set to debut in line with COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection, which also included a trio of pink Air Max 270 shoes. The MELISSA design offers off-kilter geometric shapes that warp the sneaker’s silhouette, made less esoteric by the tonal color schemes and the shoe’s one-piece construction.
