The immensely popular cartoon has been met with great applause from fans all over the world, and its third season sees the titular characters Rick and Morty going on some pretty strange adventures. Now the show has started to make waves outside of its television orb, recently joining the ranks of the Billboard charts. During the show’s recent “Rest And Ricklaxation” episode, Rick and Morty come across a song called “Terryfold” — an ode to, well, terryfolds — and now that song is charting on Billboard.
The original song by the Seattle band Chaos Chaos features Justin Roiland, the show creator and voice of Morty. So far it’s been streamed approximately 1.1 million times along with seeing 1,000 downloads. The song is even getting support from radio stations, which has help the track to sit at No. 33 on the Billboard “Hot Rock Songs” chart. Take a listen to “Terryfold” in the video above.
