Taofeek Abijako’s Head of State returns with its official Spring/Summer 2018 lookbook, titled “Fulfilling All Righteousness.” Following its showcase during this year’s New York Fashion Week: Men’s back in July, the young designer’s collection takes inspiration from African contemporary photographers and artists such as Clic Clac Baby, Samuel Fosso, Malick Sidibe and Seydou Keita. You can also find influence from Fela Kuti’s music in addition to the social and cultural impact of colonialism in West Africa.

The lookbook displays a range of jackets, overcoats, shirts and trousers. Take a look at Head of State’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection above and let us know how it compares to previous offerings such as “No End,” “Cruel Hands” and “Hooligans.”
