Engineered Garments Unveils Its Danner Mountain Trail Collaboration
Old school looks meet a few modern upgrades.
Coming soon from Engineered Garments and Danner is a special collaborative take on the latter label’s Mountain Trail silhouette. A modern version of the leather-lined, padded original, the upcoming MT sheds weight thanks to the use of a Vibram Sierra sole, which is essentially a contemporary homage to the classic lug sole and one that keeps the military-inspired aesthetic intact. Other changes include additional D-rings — seven instead of the Mountain Trail’s usual four — to go along with black cowhide, tan suede, and olive nubuck constructions.
The limited edition take on the Mountain Trail will soon be available at select Engineered Garments and Danner dealers worldwide.
