CLOT's Converse One Star Drops Next Week, Here's an Official Look
Maintaining the balance.
Teased as early as mid-July with no concrete date, it now appears that the CLOT x Converse One Star is officially dropping next week. Coming in a balanced black/white colorway — further reflected in symbols on the shoe’s midsole — and with a tactile, almost carpet-like suede upper, the shoes also sport Chinese characters from the Analects of Confucius. The phrase translates roughly as “Ancient scholars for themselves, today’s Scholars for people,” and references an inward-looking search for knowledge.
According to Sneaker Freaker, the CLOT x Converse One Star is set to drop on September 14 — though it seems that the brands themselves have yet to confirm this date. Stay tuned for official news and, in the meantime, why not check out sacai x fragment design’s new Converse One Star to tide you over?
