Virgil Abloh Wants Pics of Your Customized Chucks
Winning photos will be on display at Nike’s “Off Campus” in NYC.
To promote the forthcoming Virgil Abloh x Nike footwear collection, Virgil took to Twitter to announce a “PSA” that centers upon the translucent Converse Chuck Taylor from the anticipated range. To put it plainly, the designer wants you to send him photos of your DIY Chucks. The winning images of Abloh’s new #OFFCAMPUSCHUCKS campaign will be displayed at the Nike “Off Campus” function in New York City.
“Off Campus” is labeled as “a destination for the advancement of sport, design and innovation,” said the brand in a statement. The event is slated for launch on Wall Street from September 6 to 8.
