Strap up and Meet Prada's New "Cloudbust" Sneaker

Prada is stepping into the future thanks to its upcoming sneaker silhouette. Dubbed the Cloudbust, its bulky design is comprised of a perforated upper and a thick midsole unit with grey pods that wrap around its heel and toe. A laceless upper provides easy exit and entry, while its locked-down comes from a thin midfoot strap. Prada branding is subtly placed on the heel’s midsole pod and strap in order to maintain its minimal aesthetic. Currently displaying colorways only slated for women’s sizing, you’ll find two white options and a black-based iteration that feature mint green and pink coloring on their straps respectively.

There’s no confirmed launch date for Prada’s Cloudbust model, but the aforementioned women’s colorways are expected to drop in August with men’s editions to follow in November.
