New 'IT' Trailer Shows the Losers' Club Going to War With Pennywise the Clown
Your childhood fears come back to the big screen.
Anticipation continues to rise as we count down to the launch of the new IT film. Various first looks and teaser trailers have surfaced in addition to the first reveal of Pennywise played by Bill Skarsgård. This time around, the flick’s first official trailer via Warner Bros. Pictures has been released and it gives us a peek of what’s about to come. The same 1958 timeline as told in Stephen King’s novel is picked up as a group of shunned pre-teens ban together to fight against the town’s curse of evil that has caused havoc for years.
Directed by Andrés Muschietti, IT is set to provide audiences with a sense of paranoia and all-out horror. IT hits theaters on September 8.
