Unexpected Golf le Fleur x Converse One Stars Set to Release Next Week
The summer of One Star’s continues.
Tyler, The Creator‘s collaboration with Converse on the One Star silhouette will soon be followed with Golf Wang‘s take on the silhouette. Started in 2010 by Tyler, The Creator and Odd Future, the label recently restocked for summer and now surprises us with peach, purple, light blue and yellow colorways for the summer. Revealed via Golf Wang’s Instagram, the new Golf le Fleur x Converse One Star sees custom stitching around the star on the lateral panel of the sneaker to resemble a flower, branding on the tongue, has Golf with its iconic flower logo on the bottom of outsole, the words “DON’T LET EM KILL YOUR FLOWERS, WATER YOUR GARDEN AND STUNT” above the outsole, and a bee decorating the rear heel panel; a nod to Tyler’s new album Flower Boy — which you can now purchase on vinyl.
Fans can purchase this new sneaker from Golf Wang’s sneaker division on August 3. In the meantime, stream Flower Boy.
