Sourcing inspiration for its latest collection, high-end British fashion house Burberry has taken its cues from a selection mythical creatures. Designs for the new “Beasts” collection are all influenced by illustrations of fictional birds and animals taken from the pages of medieval English manuscripts. The various legendary beasts appear on a range of accessories — including leather bags, key charms and wallets — as well as in the form of embroidered motifs on everything from Burberry’s iconic cashmere scarf to a selection of ponchos. All of the designs for the “Beasts” collection were created at Burberry’s London design studio, with other elements of the collection being made in Britain.

If you want more from Burberry, refresh your memory of the English brand’s collaboration with Gosha Rubchinskiy – scheduled to drop in January 2018.
