The Nike Air Zoom Mariah Flyknit Racer "String" Is Releasing Soon
The revamped ’80s model gets a hot streak of red.
Nike‘s new trailblazing silhouette, the Air Zoom Mariah Flyknit Racer — a combo of the ’80s Air Mariah and the modern Flyknit Racer — has debuted in a variety of colorways that ranges from the OG-classic white/red/blue colorway to the modern classic “Oreo” iteration. Adding to the versatile summer line-up is the “String” colorway, a palette that fuses the best of both worlds in the sense that it features a low-key neutral taupe upper with bold streaks of red at the midsole and heel tab. The revamped shoe maintains the original Mariah’s signature heel cage and outsole, while modern technology by way of the adaptive Flyknit upper and Zoom Air cushioning unit ensure a featherweight and seamless fit.
The Nike Air Zoom Mariah Flyknit Racer “String” will launch on July 6 for a retail price of $150 USD. You can pick up a pair at Nike’s online shop as well as select Swoosh retailers worldwide.
