Following the Ace sneakers that Gucci exclusively designed for MR PORTER, Belgian horological brand Ressence has released, in a new partnership with the online retailer, two limited edition models of their “entry level” Type 1 watches.

Type 1PN MRP is a titanium model which has a “Night Blue” metallic dial with silver-ringed discs in a 42mm case — only made in a limited run of 12 pieces. The slowly rotating discs with these rings will draw more attention to the dial than the typical mono color that Ressence employs for these features. Whereas the Type 1 PW MRP is done in 18K Rose Gold with a sandblasted white dial, coming in a limited edition of six pieces.

This is the first time Ressence and MR PORTER have partnered up on a limited edition collaboration since the online retailer welcomed Ressence to its fine watch offering back in 2015. The case back features both brands engraved on it, whereas the straps match the case colors with a blue leather strap with titanium buckle on the 1PM MRP and a dark brown strap with Rose Gold buckle on the latter watch.

While the Ressence Type 3 and Type 5 watches get more attention for their elaborate oil filled cases, the delicacy in Type 1 embodies what makes the brand so special. The price for titanium Type 1 PN MRP is $20,600 USD, while the Rose Gold Type 1 PW MRP is priced at $33,800 USD. Both are available on MR PORTER for purchase right now.
