BURMA's 2017 Spring/Summer Lookbook Is Summer Vibes and Rural Happenings
A road-trip ends up deadly in BURMA’s cinematic style lookbook.
Jersey-based streetwear brand BURMA has released a new cinematic style lookbook that takes viewers on a grim journey. The Spring/Summer 2017 lookbook — titled “Through Hell and Back” — even includes an eerie soundtrack. Photographs help tell the story of what appears to be a rural love affair gone wrong. Within the lookbook, BURMA showcases its full range of seasonal graphic tees and longsleeves; shirts with shoulder angels and others read “When will you f*ckers learn” and “I don’t want to talk about Jesus, I just want to see his face.” But the most striking piece in the collection is the “Mars” shirt which features the brand’s moniker dripping blood — it helps foreshadow the narrative portrayed throughout the lookbook.
