Here's Where to Buy the Most Anticipated Sneakers in Europe This Weekend
adidas x Pharrell Williams, PUMA x Staple, Wood Wood x ASICS and much more.

May is officially here and, while this week isn’t as packed as last week when it comes to sneaker releases, there’s still more than enough to keep an eye on. Last week saw a new colorway of the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2, as well as the Supreme x Nike Air More Uptempo’s drop and this week brings a Sneakersnstuff x adidas collaboration, the PUMA x Staple and finally, the latest fruits from Pharrell’s work with adidas Originals.
Nikelab Air Max Plus
Release date: Out now
Retail price: £130 from Nike
The Air Max Plus is a London cult classic sneaker and it has made a return in some new colorways. The low top sneaker’s re-release has had one significant change in the form of the toe cap — a signature feature for the shoe, changing it from plastic to leather.
Sneakersnstuff x adidas Shades of White V2 Pack
Release date: Out now
Retail price: £99 from Sneakersnstuff
Sneakersnstuff continues its long-standing collaboration with adidas. While the first pack, titled ‘Stockholm Chic,’ used the Tubular Runner, Superstar and Stan Smith silhouettes, this time around only the latter two shoe types have been chosen to get the Sneakersnstuff revamp treatment.
PUMA Clyde x Stamp’d Pack
Release date: Out now
Retail price: £89 from Hanon
PUMA is releasing a slew of collaborations, starting with the 2017 spring/summer collection of the PUMA Clyde x Stamp’d collaboration. The two companies first worked together back in 2015 and the results were so successful that it spawned a seasonal collection, the latest of which is hitting stores now.
Reebok Act 600 ‘Hall of Fame’
Release date: Out now
Retail price: £75 from END.
A classic and simple sneaker. This minimal and retro ’80s silhouette isn’t one of the more hyped sneakers on this update but the subtle trim to the heel is a nice touch for those who like their everyday beaters to have some detailing.
Nike Air Max Flair
Release date: Out now
Retail price: £144.99 from Footlocker
If you want a more subdued take on the Uptempo, then the Air Max Flair should be of interest, especially in the black colorway. Not everyone is a fan of the ”AIR” branding on the shoe but it’s used to a more muted effect here than it is on other silhouettes.
Jordan 1 Retro High Metallic Red
Release date: May 6
Retail price: £125 from Nike
Jordan Brand releases another retro model this week. This time, it’s the release of the Jordan 1 Retro High in Jordan’s 1986 colorway. It’s an iconic colorway at an affordable price (in comparison to the Air Jordan V Premium Pure Platinum featured two weeks ago).
Staple x PUMA Ignite Limitless
Release date: May 6
Retail price: €149.95 from Titolo
The long standing PUMA and Staple relationship started back in 2013 with the Staple x PUMA Suede Pigeon and the collaboration has gone from strength to strength. The latest drop is the Ignite Limitless, which is available in a black colorway.
adidas x Pharrell Williams Tennis Hu
Release date: May 6
Retail price: £94.95 from adidas
The official look at Pharrell’s take on the Stan Smith came very recently. It’s a modern shoe that pays homage to the classic shoe shape, which is still one of adidas’s top five best selling silhouettes. The Tennis Hu will be appearing in stores from this weekend onwards.
Wood Wood x ASICS GEL-DS Trainer OG
