Toronto's DeMar DeRozan Will Pay You $100 USD to Stop LeBron James
Can the Raptors get back on track?

The Toronto Raptors are once again facing off with the Cleveland Cavaliers in this year’s NBA Playoffs. Having learned first hand that King James and the Cavs are pretty much unstoppable, Toronto’s DeMar DeRozan has reached out for assistance. The Toronto Raptors’ all-star shooting guard says he’s willing to pay $100 USD to anybody who can stop James after the Cavaliers marched their way to a 125-103 victory on Wednesday night. The win gave the Cavs a comfortable 2-0 series lead in the second round of the Eastern Conference Semifinal playoffs. Over the two games, King James is averaging 37 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and 1.5 blocks while shooting 62 percent from the field and 54 percent from the 3-point. After the loss, DeRozan stated, “If you can find somebody to stop LeBron in these moments, I’ll give you $100.”
DeRozan and the Raptors are trying to do all they can to get themselves back in contention and avoid a sweep. Game 3 between the Raptors and the Cavaliers will tip-off on Friday, May 5 at 7 p.m. EST at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
