New Balance Unveils an All-Leather Rework for the 597

New Balance has dropped another new addition to its classic 597 running sneaker. Coming in a deep burgundy colorway with tonal laces, the updated the ML597BUL replaces the mesh and suede of its predecessor with a fresh all-leather upper, textile lining and revlite midsole.Changes aside, the sneaker still bears the hallmarks true to its name – including New Balance’s signature ‘N’ branding to the side panel, continuing the 597’s appliqué tradition with a bold leather take.
The updated ML597BUL is the latest step in the sneaker’s evolution, following in the footsteps of an attention-grabbing red, black, and white line to the classic low-top silhouette earlier this year.
