Converse Celebrates Equality With a "Pride" Collection of Its Own
Proceeds go to benefit It Gets Better and The Happy Hippie Foundation.

In celebration of Pride Month, Converse is dropping its own collection of bright and bold footwear as it stands “with the belief that whatever your gender, sexual orientation or identity, everyone should feel free to be who they are.” Featuring a bevy of limited edition Chucks, the special collection celebrates the LGBTQ community with the likes of ’70s-inspired patches, custom footbeds, and terry cloth heel stays.
Net proceeds of direct sales from the collection will go to It Gets Better and The Happy Hippie Foundation, “two organizations that support the mission to create and inspire positive outcomes in the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth around the world.”
The Converse Pride Collection is available now at select stockists and converse.com.
