Pirelli Set to Release Its P Zero Tires in a Variety of Colors
The company is also introducing the Connesso smart chip for app-connected feedback.

Pirelli recently unveiled its color options for its P Zero tires, offering a new way to customize your car. Drawing from the technology used in Formula One, Pirelli engineers developed a material to color the sidewall lettering and stripes found on the tires without the possibility of fading despite time and use. Available in red, yellow, silver and white, expect Pirelli’s colored P Zero tires to hit retailers in the near future.
Additionally, Pirelli is also introducing its new Connesso chip, which measures tire pressure, tire temperature, vertical load, tire wear, and the number of kilometers driven per tire sending the information to the driver’s smartphone.
