Nike Is Dropping a Nod to LeBron's "Zero Dark Thirty" Playoff Tradition
The Swoosh blacks-out the LeBron 14.
With six straight trips to the NBA Finals under his belt, it seems safe to say that LeBron‘s well-documented “Zero Dark Thirty” tradition has undoubtedly paid off over the last few years. So, as a nod to King James’ social media-free, The Godfather-filled playoff runs, the Swoosh is introducing a corresponding take on James’ signature LeBron 14. Essentially a “Triple Black” rendition of the kicks, the limited edition release sees LeBron’s kicks with an appropriate look as black hits everything from the upper and strap to the branding, laces, Dynamic Flywire, and midsole.
Expect the LeBron 14 LMTD to hit Nike Basketball spots in limited quantities on May 27 — right before LeBron’s seventh-straight Finals trip, perhaps? — for $175 USD.
