The much-anticipated fragment design x Louis Vuitton pop-up shop unveiling happened yesterday at Tokyo’s Mass & Ba-tsu Art Gallery. After photos were teased that the space would have a makeshift subway car centerpiece, it turns out that the extravagant setup also includes a music record shop. Kim Jones, menswear director at LV, was in attendance as well as A$AP Rocky, Edison Chen, Yoon and Verbal of AMBUSH, and of course, Hiroshi Fujiwara.
Furthermore, guests were treated to a slew of other experiences. There were video art installations, an on-the-spot custom expert, as well as a bevy of products — some never seen before. In addition to items already previewed, there were new offerings in the form of sneakers, watches, a guitar case, trunks, and a fragment design x LV monogrammed turntable plus case to coincide with the vinyl shop.
Take a look at the photos above and below to see what went down.
