First debuted at the end of last year, the adidas x Parley for the Oceans UltraBOOST collection is the Three Stripes’s first eco-conscious endeavour into mass-produced shoes made of recycled ocean plastic. Just recently, we received notice of the collection’s official release date and images of the new UltraBOOST Uncaged model in dark blue. As with other models in the pack, this UltraBOOST Uncaged design is inspired by ocean waves and consists of a knitted upper constructed of 95% Parley ocean plastic and 5% recycled polyester. Recycled materials are applied elsewhere on the model, from the laces and heel counter to the lining and footbed, and a full-length BOOST midsole in white ensure the premium comfort and support we all know and love.

The adidas x Parley for the Oceans UltraBOOST Uncaged in dark blue will release globally, along with the rest of the collection, on May 10 for a retail price of $200 USD. Also make sure to check out the pack’s UltraBOOST 3.0 model.
