After dropping off a crisp black and white lookbook for its fall/winter 2016 collection, Copenhagen-based streetwear brand Apocs, which stands for “A Projection of City Scenes,” is back with a twilight-inspired spring/summer collection. Titled “Blue Minutes,” the collection draws its look and inspiration from the end evening civil twilight, a rare light phenomenon where the sun is a few degrees below the horizon which is clearly defined by light, and indirect sunlight takes on a blue hue. Contemporary silhouettes feature technical materials and are characterized by details and graphics. The period between night and day that the twilight brings echoes in the primarily blue color blocking but is also interrupted by warmer hues like yellow invoking a natural sunlight feel.
