Rumors of a Dedication 6 release began heating up last month after Cortez Bryant, Lil Wayne’s manager, informed fans on Instagram Live that the project would be releasing soon saying, “maybe D6 in November, not December, that’s too long.” Now a month later, it appears we have an official confirmation from Lil Wayne himself. Moments ago, the “Run It Up” Cash Money rapper took to Instagram to share news, telling his fans “It’s time! Sign up for updates and music before drop date! To My fans, I do this for y’all! #D6 MERRY CHRISTMAS.”

As of now, there’s no official tracklist regarding producers or features, however with an overall quiet year for the iconic rapper, you can expect him to close out 2017 with a bang and hopefully rekindle the flair of his earlier works. Check out the official announcement below and in case you didn’t see it, Drake recently got himself a tattoo of Lil Wayne’s face.
