The Golden Shape Extends Off-White™ x Nike’s “The Ten” to Two New Silhouettes
Taking on the Air More Uptempo and Air Max Plus sneakers.

Off-White™‘s “The Ten” collaboration with Nike has arguably been this year’s biggest release, with Virgil Abloh winning the 2017 Footwear News Achievement Award for “Shoe of the Year.” Despite taking on 10 classic Nike silhouettes, some people have wanted to see the collection extended. French artist The Golden Shape — who has previously made Air Force 1 Creepers — has mocked up what it might look like if Virgil Abloh had also decided to work on the Nike Air More Uptempo and Air Max Plus silhouettes.
The two sneaker concepts both feature the signature touches from “The Ten,” such as the safety tag through a lace hole, the Off-White™ for Nike branding, and the “shoelaces.” Other than that, the two sneakers come in full white colorways inspired by the “GHOSTING” color palette that runs through five of the original pairs in “The Ten,” including the Nike Air Force 1 Low and the Nike Air Max 97.
Take a look at the Air More Uptempo and Air Max Plus concepts above, and then check out the full ten-piece Off-White™ x Nike collaboration in New DEAL’s recent editorial.
