McLaren Crafted a Dubai-Inspired 720S
Featuring custom stenciling and 24-karat gold details.
A bespoke McLaren supercar has been prepared for the Dubai International Motor Show. Custom inscribing on the car’s rear is only one of its many exquisite details, as it sports several costly add-ons.
The Zenith Black McLaren 720S takes cues from “achievement,” according to the car company. A Bruce McLaren quote — “Life is measured in achievement, not in years alone.” — has been transcribed into Arabic and applied to the rear wing of the car, evoking the Dubai skyline. This detail alone required 30 hours of careful work from a technician. The 1-of-1 car even boasts a certification plaque on the inside, as well as a 24-karat gold heat shield around the engine. With carbon fiber detailing and plenty of satin gold appliqué, the lux car’s details added approximately 120 hours to an already lengthy production process.
Following its showing at the Motor Show, the custom car will be delivered to its unknown owner. Meanwhile, Brabus recently offered up some newly customized Mercedes — a Mercedes-Benz S 63 4MATIC and Maybach S 650.
