Japanese label FORTYFOUR offers up a lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2018 selection. Gaining traction in Japan after A$AP Rocky wore one of its hoodies, the young label’s extensive new line includes everything from quarter-zip shirts to multipocketed vests.
Ranging from plumber-ready khaki shorts to slouchy hoodies, the selection leans towards sporty, with plenty of bold imagery and comfortable cuts. Jackets and shirts feature zipper detailing for added functionality, while leather shoulder bags grant extra carrying space for anything that can’t fit inside the extra pockets. Prints range from a minuscule “REBEL FORCE” graphic to oversized imagery of a waterful, with embroidered details supplementing the colorful offering. Colors range from neutrals to eye-catching blues and yellows, while a pair of boxy striped shirts allows for clever hot-weather layering.
Expect the brand’s web store to host the forthcoming drop. For more Japanese sportswear, take a look at the collaborative Yogee New Waves and Helly Hansen release.
