Bukht Layers Up in Spring/Summer 2018 Lookbook
Man’s probably hot.

Japanese label Bukht returns with a new selection of goods for Spring/Summer 2018, dubbed “klʌ́mzi” (Clumsy). The brand once again disregards the hot weather, preparing an array of oversized jackets and flowing pants.
An assortment of wardrobe staples is turned on their head, with shorts coming in oversized cuts and unusual materials like leather. More heat-defying goods come in the form of relaxed-fit coats, double-breasted jackets and a thick knit, and there’s even a patterned, peak-lapel suit. A knit beanie, substantial-looking hoodie and polyester parka round out the hefty summer goods. Still, some seasonal concessions are granted — lightweight drawstring pants feature wide legs and cropped, tie-dyed track jackets are constructed from breathable cotton.
Bukht’s new collection will be available in the coming months from Japanese stockists. In the meantime, London-based fans of Japanese clothing can head to Alpha Shadows to get their hands on some hard-to-find goods.
